In June alone we let 3 two-bedroom apartments in Eagle Point, Old Street. With a 24 hour concierge, gym and swimming pool, and situated in zone 1 it is the perfect pied a terre. The apartments varied between 818-896 sq ft and let from between £695-£715 p/w on a 12 month contract.
Eagle Point is an incredibly popular development for us. Its success lies in its fantastic location in Tech City, with great transport connections across London and into the City, and the fantastic art deco inspired finish. Our tenants and buyers love the parquet flooring and views over the City.
Typically we let our properties to young professionals and overseas students, and in the case of these 3 apartments all went to overseas students with an upfront commitment of six months rent paid. With a projected yield of 4.46% there’s great value to be had in this development.
